Appointment Policy

    To allow time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Appointments are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.  

    For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. 

    For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  We can provide you with a leash during your visit if you have forgotten yours.

    All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.  For your convenience, you may purchase a sturdy cardboard cat carrier in our office.

    We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. If you wish our staff would be more than happy to prepare an estimate before services are rendered.  For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Personal Checks along with the proper identification; we also accept cash.
